Origin and production

We source our pasture whey from one of the world's largest dairy farmer cooperatives. Fonterra achieves one of New Zealand's lowest carbon footprints thanks to its full-grazing system and natural advantages.

We give it 4 out of 5 points for pasture farming that is maintained at least 300 days a year and up to all year round.

For the cocoa we use organically grown raw cocoa. We just don't label it as "organic" because this entails a lot of costs and further bureaucracy.
