Matcha Protein Mugcake

Matcha protein mug cake

Try a quick, delicious cake for breakfast or coffee with an extra portion of protein and few carbohydrates. Put a few ingredients in a mug, mix well and heat in the microwave. Complete.


1 large egg
1⁄2 teaspoon honey or 5 drops of stevia 10g pasture whey
15g desiccated coconut
1g matcha
1⁄4 tsp baking powder
1.5 tsp ghee


In total

5 minutes

1. Fry the egg in a microwave-safe container with the honey or stevia using a fork. 2. Add all remaining ingredients and mix well with a fork.
3. Place in the microwave at 1000 watts for 2:20 minutes.

4. Serve the warm mugcake with a little applesauce and enjoy.
