As from day one in 2014, the pasture whey we source our protein from comes from a large Irish farming cooperative that operates with a full pasture system. This means that pasture farming is already the proven system here from an economic point of view.
Cows on pasture are clearly happier. They are not just standing on a concrete slab in front of the barn, but on fresh grass, with their herd and in the fresh air.

We do not exploit tolerances to the detriment of our customers and generally refrain from using unnecessary additives such as sweeteners.
When it comes to flavorings and sweeteners, most providers stop being natural. Not with us!
With us, you can be sure that all products are natural, soy-free, and stevia-free.
Whey, German for "Käsewasser" (cheese water), is obtained as a byproduct of cheese production. It is a protein-rich liquid that naturally separates from the cheese and is drained off.
Depending on the desired protein content, other components such as fat and carbohydrates are removed.
Protero Protein72 is therefore less processed than a higher-percentage protein powder. The high-quality fatty acids from pasture milk are primarily retained before the whey is spray-dried.
A protein supplier should not and may not answer this question, apart from the legally permitted statement:
"Proteins contribute to the maintenance of muscle mass."
For us, protein powder is a food rather than a dietary supplement 'designed' with additives. You don't write a daily dose of carbohydrates for wheat flour and warn against exceeding it.
