What is Whey Protein?
Whey, German for "Käsewasser" (cheese water), is obtained as a byproduct of cheese production. It is a protein-rich liquid that naturally separates from the cheese and is drained off.
Depending on the desired protein content, other components such as fat and carbohydrates are removed.
Protero Protein72 is therefore less processed than a higher-percentage protein powder. The high-quality fatty acids from pasture milk are primarily retained before the whey is spray-dried.
What is whey protein good for?
A protein supplier should not and may not answer this question, apart from the legally permitted statement:
"Proteins contribute to the maintenance of muscle mass."
For us, protein powder is a food rather than a dietary supplement 'designed' with additives. You don't write a daily dose of carbohydrates for wheat flour and warn against exceeding it.

What's the best way to mix it?
Thanks to the small amount of lecithin, Weide Whey Protein 80 dissolves well in water or milk, whether in a protein shaker, blender, or even with a fork.
A good mixing ratio is one scoop per 250-300ml.
Does it still contain phospholipids?
Absolutely. At least 12g per 100g of powder are attributable to phospholipids.
